- 40 grams of unsalted butter
- 80 grams of cream
- 170 grams of sugar-free strawberry jam
- 200 grams of Sugar Free Melken Milk Chocolate
- 100 grams of Alkaline Cocoa Powder 100% Melken

Truffle
Take the chocolate, butter, cream and jam to the microwave and melt, in 30 second intervals, until obtaining a homogeneous mixture.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm enough to handle.
Make portions of 20 grams and roll with your hands.
Return to the refrigerator while you prepare the chocolate for dipping.
Finishing
Melt the chocolate and temper it using whatever technique you prefer.
Dip the truffles in chocolate and coat them in cocoa powder.
